The premises in Keighley, West Yorkshire, have been modernised in recent years. They are mostly with wooden flooring, comfortable seating and the use of air-purifiers with HEPA filers, to ensure that chemically sensitive patients feel safe there. We ask all our visitors to avoid any perfumes or toiletries on the day of the visit and the same applies to any relatives or friends escorting them. Environmentally-friendly detergents are preferred to standard ones.
There is disabled access from the back of the premises but no disable W.C. On specific request by electro-sensitive people, the levels of electromagnetic frequencies can be reduced to make their visit safer. There is parking in nearby streets and limited parking at the back of the clinic.
The clinic is fully stocked with emergency equipment; it complies with the guidance of the Data Protection Act for the safe keeping of our clinical records. Our premises have to comply with standards set by the Care Quality Commission, with whom the Clinic is registered.
Periodic audits are conducted for clients' satisfaction and some suggestions made are considered for implementation.
